ENB is demanding & takes quite a few frames, even for me, and I have a fairly high end gaming desktop. I can lose up to 15 frames depending on what's going on, tho going that low is rare, but it does happen. Without ENB on, I stay at 60 FPS at all times. & I even use a "performance friendly" preset.
